    There is nothing worse than getting something that is DOA. Really, it's a simple power cable. Put it in my car and plugged my iPhone in only to realize an hour later that it never charged.

    I purchased this charger for my 98 4-runner. It didn't work in my car or any of the other cars I tried it with. I thought perhaps I just got a bad item so I returned it and requested an exchange. Although I was impressed with the ease and timeliness in which Amazon provided a replacement, unfortunately the second one did not work either. Finally, I went to Best Buy and bought a $20 car charger and it works fine so I know it wasn't my vehicle's outlet that was bad. I guess you get what you pay for.

    I know, you get what you pay for. This wouldn't even plug in to my husband's 3GS iphone and barley fit in mine. I was afraid it would damage the port so I threw it away. Don't waste you time...
